Public Health minor

The public health minor prepares students with an understanding of public health. Students are introduced to various public health topics, including global health, environmental health, epidemiology, health behaviors, and biology.

Students must ensure a minimum of two 3000-level courses are completed for the public health minor. Courses must be from at least two different disciplines and are not used to satisfy major requirements.

Public Health Minor Course Options

  • Introduction to Public Health
  • Epidemiology
  • Global Health or Global Health Abroad
  • Three additional PBHL electives, at least two at the 3000-level or higher
